DESIGN PROCESS
The Initial Consultation (Appointment #1):
Our initial consultation will give us the opportunity to get to know more about you, while giving you the chance to share with us your must-haves and biggest floral dreams. We spend this hour looking at floral inspiration images, taking notes, and brainstorming. We ask that you also come prepared with an idea of your budget, so that we know how we can serve you best.
After your first appointment, we will navigate through all of the beautiful ideas you’ve given us to create a customized, gorgeous design file – made specifically for you!
The Design Proposal (Appointment #2):
At your second meeting, we will present you with a design proposal inspired by your ideas. At this meeting, we will discuss your must-haves and items that you can live without. We will get the proposal to a place where we all can leave feeling comfortable and excited!
In order for us to reserve your event date on our calendar, a 50% deposit is required at the end of this meeting. This deposit allows us to commit our time to you as well as allows you to take home all of the images, quotes, and ideas we have prepared for you. A deposit can be made at a later time, but until then – we cannot guarantee date availability, and we will also have to keep your original design documents with us.
The Final Meeting (Appointment #3):
The final meeting will occur approximately six weeks prior to your wedding day. At this meeting, we invite you to be prepared with any last-minute detail changes that might have happened (adding a boutonniere, table count change, etc.) since the last time we met. We will also take this time to confirm all day-of logistics, as well as discuss your remaining account balance. We will address any concerns or questions you may have, ensuring that all details have been covered prior to the big day.
We understand that the wedding planning process can be stressful, and we are here to take care of making your wedding floral dreams a reality! We can’t wait to meet you and start the design process!

FLOWER PROCESS
Our flowers are shipped in from all over the world – Holland, California, Japan, Chile, and Florida are just a few of the locations. We take great pride in using the highest of quality blooms available, with a wide selection of luxury and unique items. Prior to the blooms arriving, we clean and prepare our buckets of water with special chemicals to help the flowers live a long life. Once the blooms arrive, we separate the bunches, clean the stems, give them a fresh cut, and place them in their designated bucket. Then, they are spritzed with water and chemicals to sustain their vibrant colors and prevent bruising. The buckets are stored in our flower cooler in the studio until we are ready to design.
